David Pullman

A 25-year Real Estate and Hospitality veteran, David Pullman started his career in New York City with The Corcoran Group. After moving on to become a top producer on the lending side, David has developed a unique perspective and versatility within all aspects of the Real Estate industry. With a longstanding love for hospitality and restaurants, David went on to co-create, build and operate a 20+ location restaurant group where he further established his keen ability for relationship building. David has experience across the sector with single-family homes, condos, land opportunities and rehab properties. He is now working with The Waterfront Team, the leading team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty®.
